By accessing or using GapLoom ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time — continued use constitutes acceptance of changes.

2. Description of Service

GapLoom is an AI-powered platform that helps YouTube creators with content ideation and script writing. The Service analyzes publicly available YouTube data (titles, descriptions, view counts, transcripts) and uses AI to generate content ideas, scripts, and competitive analysis.

3. Account Registration

  • You must provide accurate, complete registration information
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
  • You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service
  • One person or entity per account — no shared accounts
  • You are responsible for all activity under your account

4. Subscription Plans & Billing

GapLoom offers free and paid subscription plans. Paid plans are billed monthly or annually through Stripe.

  • Prices are listed on our pricing page and may change with 30 days notice
  • Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date
  • Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis within 14 days of purchase
  • Downgrading may result in loss of access to premium features
  • Free tier access may be modified or limited at our discretion

5. Content Ownership

Your Content

You retain full ownership of all scripts, ideas, and other content generated through GapLoom. We do not claim any intellectual property rights over your generated content.

Our Content

The GapLoom platform, brand, design, and underlying technology remain our property. You may not copy, modify, or reverse-engineer any part of the Service.

YouTube Data

GapLoom analyzes publicly available YouTube data. We do not claim ownership over any YouTube content. All YouTube trademarks belong to Google LLC.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

  • Use the Service for any illegal purpose
  • Generate content that is defamatory, hateful, or harassing
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, hack, or disrupt the Service
  • Use automated tools to scrape or bulk-access the Service
  • Resell or redistribute the Service without authorization
  • Violate YouTube's Terms of Service through your use of GapLoom
  • Create multiple free accounts to circumvent plan limits

7. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

Content generated by GapLoom is created by AI and should be reviewed before use. We make no guarantees that:

  • Generated content is factually accurate
  • Generated content does not infringe on third-party rights
  • Generated content will achieve any specific results (views, engagement, etc.)

You are solely responsible for reviewing, editing, and publishing any content generated through the Service.

8. Service Availability

We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance, updates, or experience outages. We are not liable for any losses resulting from service downtime.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, GapLoom shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or revenue, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. We will delete your data within 30 days per our Privacy Policy.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Vilnius, Lithuania.
